Hi,

I have tried to install the driver (CH343 - Nev version) and get the attached error message "A program tried to load new system extension(s) signed by “Nanjing Qinheng Microelectronics Co., Ltd.” that need to be updated by the developer."

I also changed the USB cable, but the situation is the same.

I can not find "tty.wchusbserialx"  when I execute command "ls /dev/tty*"

It seems that the driver is not suitable with my system.

Besides that, I have a question : is it possible that the driver board is an old version, so I need to install CP2102 driver?

Best regards,

Thank you for your help, but installing the driver you sent did not solve the problem.

The result of the command "ls /dev/tty*" is same and I cannot find the port on Arduino IDE.

I have tried a third cable by the way.

Will there still be errors with the new firmware installation? Could you take a photo to show the hardware connection? In most cases we encounter, the issue tends to be with the data cable, either being faulty, leading to recognition but no data transfer, or only capable of supplying power, resulting in no recognition or data transfer.

Could you try it on a Windows system? Switch to a computer with Windows. I suspect your Mac system might not be compatible with this module temporarily.

Hi,

I have tried two different PCs running on Windows and unfortunately could not successfully connect to the device.

Please find attached images showing the device connection to mini PC and Arduino IDE showing only COM1 on the port list.

It wasn't recognized; you also need to install drivers on Windows.
